Repost: Rumi

"the minute I heard my first love story, I started looking for you not knowing how blind that was. Lovers don't finally meet somewhere. They're in each other all along"

-Rumi

If you've never visited I Was Half In Love By The Time We Sat Down you should. It's is so achingly, dreamingly romantic: everytime I visit I can't help but blush, sigh, and then daydream my chin resting in my palm.

Would you believe I bought a book on Rumi just today - I love his poetry - Mid-Eastern poets have such a tender, sophisticated and unattached way to express words on love and lovers - it's true poetry!

That's cool. We seem to have that kind of Internet Kismet! Rumi makes me ache. I tend to steer clear of him, because I tend to feel so much more lonely after reading him. LOL
