Hello, my friends. After talking some with quite a few folks, I decided to not delete the blog...because honestly, I need you guys now more than ever.
So bear with me, and we'll eventually get hopping.

Though I'm terrified that I'm making a mistake (well several...boy has 2012 been the year/month/couple of weeks for mistakes), I've decided that Dean and I should simply be friends, and we are both hurting.

I'm sorry to hear about your break-up. Always tough news. On a brighter note, I'm glad you're continuing the blog. I always search here for adds to my "to read" list--and I'd miss your recommendations terribly if they disappeared!

So has this been an all time break up, or is there hope for the future? I understand you're both probably at places in your life right now that may make it complicated, but who knows what the future holds. I hope lots of happiness for the both of you; however you may find it!

Please don't think of giving up the blog. Use it as a place to vent and share. Keep it simple. No rules, no commitments, no expectations. I'd really miss you if you disappeared. I think many others would too.
It is heartbreaking to hear about you and Dean. Without being there, and without knowing both of you very well, it is hard to give good advice in this arena. I respect both of you and have hoped for the best, but if one or both of you think it is time to back off and become friends, then I honor that decision.
